Financial Software Services

The vendor is required to provide financial software services for distribution and integration of the Workiva platform.
- The Workiva platform to support banking and financial processes pertaining to investment as well as other functions and program areas provided by the office through the management and storage of work processes, workflows, supporting data and documentation. 
- To achieve this end, the office requires government entity distribution services of the Workiva platform to ensure seamless operation along with integration services specifically catered to the Workiva platform including (but not limited to) initial set up and implementation, training of key end users, and troubleshooting.
•    Use integrated, connected data to automate reporting from central information systems including agency.
•    Improve reporting effectiveness and efficiency of data collection, organization and analysis.
•    Control document ownership, version control, and timely routing of documents to other personnel for their review and input.
•    The upcoming agency upgrade to s4hana, function substantially in the same manner as described in subsection (a) above with s4hana.
