Offender Management System

The vendor is required to provide offender management system (OMS) solutions, as well as vendors specializing in as400 platform modernization, including lift-and-shift migration options.
•    Gain a clear understanding of the current market and vendor capabilities for configurable, modular, and scalable systems and vendors that specialize in as400 and java-based systems modernization.
•    Understand the available OMS that support comprehensive offender data management, case management, compliance, and reporting.
•    Explore modernization platforms and services that enable as400 “lift and shift” migration or transformation to cloud-native or modern on-premises environments.
•    Identify best practices for managing the full lifecycle of adults in custody (AIC), from intake to reentry.
•    Evaluate vendor experience, implementation approach, and support model.
