The vendor is required to provide employee technology insights software to the black foot people past, present and future while recognizing and respecting their cultural heritage, beliefs, and relationship to land.
•    To monitor employee activity (roughly 400 employees) for productivity analysis.
•    To ensure data security and prevent data loss.
•    To comply with internal policies and external regulations.
•    to generate insightful reports for management.
- Software should support the following features:
•    Real-time monitoring: track applications, websites, email, and file usage.
•    Login and logout monitoring
•    Active vs idle time
•    Remote or in-office
•    Productivity tracking: time spent on productive vs. non-productive tasks taking meeting time into account
•    User behavior analytics: risk detection and anomaly tracking.
•    Access and permissions management: role-based access controls.
•    Remote work support: functionality must extend to remote and hybrid employees.
•    Reporting and dashboards: customizable, exportable reports with automated scheduling.
