Asset Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide for professional services for an enterprise asset management system (AMS) software.
- Interested in partnering with a software vendor or its certified partners with extensive experience in developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting asset management support functions such as risk analyses, project need forecasting, life-cycle cost tracking, and risk-based funding scenario comparisons.
- The AMS should provide tracking, management, and analysis of lifecycle asset costs, risks, and renewal needs and methods for summarizing and reporting asset management related data
- Developing an organization-level strategic asset management program and would like to identify an AMS to support program implementation.
- These software systems serve as the data sources for the assets and their maintenance history used by an AMS.
- Beacon AMA – Software to record and track data from water meters and endpoint registers.
- CUES Granite Net – Pipeline inspection and condition assessment software for management of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) activities.
- DigSmart – Underground excavation (One call ticket) management software for utilities. Integrated with GIS.
- ESRI ArcGIS (including ArcGIS Desktop, Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online platforms)
- DOU uses these to manage the majority of water, wastewater, and drainage linear assets as well as provide ESRI-based web map services to other department managed software systems such as City works, Granite NET, Free Flow H2O, Dig Smart, and the department billing system Customer Care and Billing (CCB).
- FreeFlowH2O – Third-party developed analysis and decision-making tool for scheduling of pipeline cleaning and CCTV activities.
- Innovyze Info Asset Planner – Risk based prioritization and decision-making tool for renewal and replacement of assets.
- Innovyze InfoWater Pro – Hydraulic modeling software used for water infrastructure system.
- Innovyze Info Works ICM – Hydraulic modeling software used for separated and combined wastewater and storm drainage infrastructure systems.
- Maintenance Connection – Computerized maintenance management system for vertical assets (e.g., pump stations, treatment plants, facilities). Vertical asset data source.
- Agency Workforce Identity Cloud – Cloud based identity and access management that provides secure authentication and authorization for applications.
- Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB)-Customer data account management and billing software.
- SAMS Cross Connection – Management of water backflow device testing, certification, and reporting. Integrated with GIS, City works, and CCB.
- SpiderCAM – Manhole inspection and condition assessment software.
- Trimble City works – Computerized maintenance management system for linear assets (e.g., pipes, vaults, valves, manholes). 
- Utilizes GIS as source data for linear assets.
- XPSWWM - Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software for separated and combined wastewater and storm drainage infrastructure, floodplains, river systems, BMPs, and watersheds. Includes Water Quality model.
