The Vendor is required to provide mobile seating solutions for a variety of community events held throughout the year.
- Responsible for furnishing portable bleachers in various seating capacities, VIP or hospitality units, sealed engineering drawings for each unit, and all required supplemental equipment.
- All seating solutions shall:
• Be mobile and suitable for outdoor use
• Include guardrails, stairs, and handrails as required
• Be structurally sound, clean, and free from rust or visible damage
• Include all costs related to rental, delivery, labor, setup, removal, and any other associated fees
• Must own all mobile seating units. If not proprietary, ownership must be disclosed, along with confirmation that all units meet sealed engineering and insurance requirements
• Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the delivery, setup, and removal of units
• Assign an onsite supervisor for the duration of each event’s setup and teardown
• Ensure all personnel, including subcontractors, are properly uniformed with company logos and have visible identification
• Coordinate with a designated City representative for site planning, delivery, and removal logistics
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and that the site is cleared of tools and loose materials upon completion • Provide delivery timelines and instructions; units must be delivered and removed as scheduled
• Will not be held responsible for additional charges resulting from the vendor’s failure to retrieve units on time.
