The vendor is required to provide course scheduling software and assessment platform must support institution-wide scheduling needs, including real-time course and room assignment data flow, compatibility with banner, single sign-on integration, and automated scheduling for classes, exams, and events. 
- It must include advanced features such as classroom scheduling optimization, space utilization analytics, curriculum and catalog management, assessment tracking, and accreditation support. 
- The vendor will be responsible for installation, workflow customization, on-site training, and 24/7 customer support for error resolution. 
- Regular software updates, encrypted backups, and disaster recovery protocols are required to ensure continuous operation and data integrity. 
- Documentation must be provided for all user roles, and the solution must include a complete web services API for database interfacing. 
- Deliverables include a detailed project timeline, cost breakdowns for hardware, software, training, and upgrades over five years, as well as maintenance and hosting. 
- Optional services include customization, faculty preference forms, final exam scheduling, and modular components for curriculum, catalog, and event management.
