The vendor is required to provide infection prevention and control (IPAC) software platform for use in a long-term care (LTC) setting in state.
- Solution must support proactive infection control, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
- The successful vendor will be responsible for:
• Providing a turnkey IPAC software solution.
• Implementing the platform including configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems (if applicable).
• Training staff and providing ongoing support.
• Ensuring compliance with state LTC regulations and IPAC standards.

• Outbreak forecasting and heat maps: visual tools to identify and forecast outbreaks using geospatial and temporal data.

• Custom auditing (beyond IPAC): tools to conduct and manage audits across various domains including environmental services, hand hygiene, and PPE compliance.
• Intuitive reporting: user-friendly reporting features with customizable templates and export options.
• Resident line listing: detailed tracking of resident health status, symptoms, test results, and isolation status.
• Staff line listing: monitoring of staff exposures, symptoms, testing, and return to-work status.
• Custom surveillance definitions: ability to define and apply custom surveillance criteria aligned with internal protocols or public health guidelines
• Antimicrobial stewardship tools: support for tracking antimicrobial use and promoting appropriate prescribing practices.
• Regulatory compliance tools: built-in features to ensure alignment with ministry of health and public health state requirements.
• Ease of use and user interface: intuitive, accessible interface suitable for clinical and non-clinical users with minimal training.
