The vendor is required to provide surplus inventory management system comprehensive end-to-end SaaS surplus inventory solution for all central management services (CMS) divisions and offices along with associated services to develop, configure, test, implement, support, maintain, host, train, manage, and administer the solution.
•    Improving the efficiency of surplus inventory processes through increased automation. 
•    Facilitating all surplus inventory activities through a single portal to improve self-service capabilities and provide enhanced mobile experience via responsive design. 
•    Replacing legacy systems with a single, secure, modern solution. 
•    Creating seamless integrations with external systems. 
•    Complete migration of all current data to the new system 
•    Providing a user-friendly experience for all internal and external users
•    The user-friendly experience should include the ability for agency to make relatively simple self-service configuration changes without vendor support.
