The Vendor is required to provide a cloud based drug and alcohol compliance software to be used in managing agency drug and alcohol compliance program that meets the federal transit administration.
- The cloud-based drug and alcohol compliance software a minimum must provide for tracking pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol compliance testing.
- Import real-time electronic delivery of test results from clinic/laboratory to the web-based Software for post-accident, pre-employment, random, and reasonable suspicion alcohol drug tests results.
- Provide continuous historical data and storage retention of drug & alcohol compliance testing data to meet administration requirements and agency legal needs, including but not limited to unlimited storage during the life of the contract period.
- Offer automated solutions to increase efficiencies and enhancements in agency Drug & Alcohol Compliance Program testing process to include but not limited to automated email notifications, customizable dashboards, alerts for test record discrepancies, easily maintained entry points that retain their original position, and more.
- Provide tracking for pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion drug & alcohol compliance testing.
- Provide a variety of reports such as donor, management, and status reports, i.e., pool history, test history, positive rates by test types, scheduling history, excused list, master list notifications, drug & alcohol management information systems (DAMIS), along with the flexibility to design and build self- reports.
- All specific features and functionalities of the purchased modules and/or subscription packages,
- Use of the Software’s automated random selection and system notifications,
- Accessing standard package reports,
- Design of ad hoc reports to meet agency instantaneous reporting needs; and
- High level understanding of the data interface between agency and the contractor’s software.
