Grant Management Software System

The Vendor is required to provide for a grant management software system to assist with our grant management and grant auditing policies.
- There are seven to ten primary users and another ten reviewers, for a total of approximately twenty users.
- Following are key project objectives:
•    Centralize and streamline the management of funding opportunities, applications, and grant awards throughout the entire lifecycle.
•    Gain visibility across funding opportunities and defined portfolios.
•    Gain robust, user-defined reporting across all grants.
•    Allow grantees to set up and reuse an organizational profile, including referencing previously submitted documents.
- Applicants and current/past grantees can manage multiple grants under a unified dashboard
- Applicants and current/past grantees can view grant status (active, inactive, completed, in review)
- Seamless Single Sign-On for agency employees, requiring no additional logins or re-authentication once the user has signed in through the IDP.
