Cloud Based Data Management System

The Vendor is required to provide for a comprehensive cloud-based data management system aligned with the community initiative, supporting healthcare career pathways, employer engagement, student tracking, and sustainable systems change.
- Data Management Processes:
•    Data Integration and Migration-move data from on-premises or other cloud sources (existing participant records) to the new system, ensuring data consistency
•    Data Storage and Backup-implement secure and scalable storage solutions, with regular backups and disaster recovery plans.
•    Data Security-enforce encryption, access controls, and other security measures to protect sensitive data.
•    Data Quality Management-implement processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
•    Data Lifecycle Management-manages data from creation to archival or deletion, adhering to retention policies.
•    Data Monitoring and Performance Optimization-track system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
- Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
•    Data Exploration and Visualization-provide tools for users to explore data, create reports and generate insights.
•    Analytics provides the ability to extract deeper insights from data for decision-making.
•    Compliance-ensure adherence to relevant HIPAA regulations.
•    User Training-proved adequate training to users (Administrators and Staff) on how to effectively use the cloud data management system
•    Ongoing technical support and system updates

•    Ability to handle up to 1,000,000 records
