Life Support System

The Vendor is required to provide life support/treatment capability for new zoo.
- Custom ifs (industrial fabrication system) skid system with the following components:
•    150 -gallon sump tank with 2x bag filter slots
•    Moving bed bio filter in sump with aeration manifold and air pump
•    Two (2) MDM ™ advance 3000 series pumps rated @ 20 GPM @ 30 ft. TDH (total dynamic head)
•    Two (2) variable speed drives for MDM model pumps listed above
•    SITA 80/4 316 stainless steel ultra-violet sterilizer w/ econoline plus controller
•    Delta hydronics 1 HP split chiller (heat exchanger on skid w/ condenser installed remotelycopper/freon connections and charging by others
•    Aqua logic 2 kw heater- 230 volt – single phase
•    Single point of connection electrical box
•    Inline PH sensor with electronics
•    System to be mounted on a FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) skid, pre-plumbed with schedule 40 piping and true union hayward ™ valves
•    One (1) 1500-gallon production per day, reverse osmosis system
•    One (1) 250-gallon storage tank for reverse osmosis water
- Custom Metal Rack System with the following components:
•    Warehouse Style metal rack: 114” long x 32” deep x 84” high
•    Eight (8) Polycarbonate tanks: 26” long x 15” deep x 18” high
•    Tanks will come equipped with sliding lids
•    Tanks will come complete with integral inlet, outlet, and aeration piping.
