The Vendor is required to provide for the maintenance and support of agency currently owned veritas enterprise vault software and licenses v.14.0.
- Provide 24x7x365 technical support; on-call technical support to mitigate severe business impacts and during standard business hours for all other onsite support; security certificates, maintenance upgrades, and the replacement of any software that becomes defective during the maintenance period.
- Provide Release Management Services which includes applying all required certificates, patches, upgrades, security fixes, general maintenance releases, selected functionality releases, and documentation updates, and version upgrades as released and required by Veritas to maintain the continuity of operation.
- Appoint a single point of contact for client services which includes managing agency trouble tickets from inception to closure, reviewing all upcoming upgrades with agency personnel, escalation of any issues as requested by agency.
- Identify any conditions that are not conducive to standard software maintenance and support practices, or which are likely to result in an event that is not in full compliance with Veritas standards for software maintenance and support.
- Validation of Security Measures - All security measures described in the product’s design documentation are properly implemented and mitigate the risks associated with use of the component or device.
