- Identify and implement an integrated HRIS system with the following tools: applicant tracking system (ATS), onboarding, timekeeping, benefits enrollment and administration, payroll processing, labor allocation and PTO tracking, serving as the agent electronically funding bi-weekly garnishments and tax deposits, and filing monthly/quarterly/annual tax, unemployment and new hire reports.

- The ability to access via an app and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) features are a plus.
