The Vendor is required to provide a phased project to standardize and streamline its routine and corrective maintenance workflows through the selection, procurement, configuration, implementation, and deployment of a cloud-based, industry-standard computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Includes project management, system configuration & implementation, system acceptance testing, training, and ongoing maintenance & support.
- Must configure the CMMS to support asset management, work order tracking, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, spare parts inventory, and resource planning.
- The system must accommodate both vertical and linear asset management.
- It must also support automated scheduling, backlog management, and outage/shutdown planning. Integration with ESRI is required, with future compatibility for additional third-party systems.
- Must offer technical support, system updates, data integrity monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions under a defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Support services should include 24/7 or business-hour help desk options, routine system health checks, and compliance updates.
- The system must support scalability, regulatory adaptability, and future enhancements.
- The CMMS must enable Power Generation to optimize maintenance operations, improve decision-making, and ensure reliability across all assets and facilities.
- The system is technologically robust, user-friendly, and adaptable to complex operational environments.
- Cover essential areas such as system architecture and ease of navigation, asset and configuration management, strategy development, work management, work order processing, preventive and condition-based maintenance, material and inventory management, KPI tracking and reporting, and ongoing vendor support.
