Reputation and Survey Management System

The vendor is required to provide reputation and survey management system as digital reputation becomes more critical to patient acquisition and retention, it’s essential to invest in a platform that allows for real-time monitoring, trend analysis, and proactive community engagement.
- Managing online reviews and social media, we require a robust survey management platform that is fully integrated with epic. 
- This platform must support the creation, distribution, and automation of post-visit surveys and enable us to analyze patient sentiment and satisfaction by service line, location, or provider. 
- A critical requirement is the ability to conduct data analysis on survey responses, with a preference for platforms that support Spanish-language analysis to ensure we capture insights from our Spanish-speaking patient population.
