The Vendor is required to provide to replace the current outdated monthly operating reports system (MORS) by implementing a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) web-based system with a customer-facing portal for our regulated community to collect laboratory data and operational data from contracted plant and public water supply systems and treatment facility users.
- System must be able to handle the data entry, receipt, and data retention of information generated by plant and facility operators and users.
- The system must provide reports on demand and be capable of supporting data retention schedules.
- Key objectives to accomplish:
• Improved compliance management efforts and data integrity
• Support documentation requirements based on federal and state standards.
• Improved reporting capabilities including emailing feature.
• Improved communication and document flow between the water systems personnel and DWI inspectors.
