- Enhanced access to regional credentialed and labor-market data to inform the development of credentials of value and academic programs.
- Program Demand Gap Analysis
• The selected vendor will conduct a comprehensive program demand gap analysis (PDGA) to evaluate alignment between the region’s labor-market needs and the institution’s program offerings.
• Analysis of high-demand, high-wage occupations aligned with bill, board high-skill high-growth list, and board high-demand fields.
• A clear breakdown of program supply in the region, including graduates produced by other area colleges and universities.
• Identification of gaps between labor demand and program supply, with recommendations for expansion, reduction, or new program development.
• Documentation and reporting that demonstrate the institution’s current value to stakeholders and highlight opportunities for greater impact.
- Labor-Market Licenses and Training
• The selected vendor will supply software licenses and training to expand faculty and staff access to labor-market intelligence.
• User-friendly software access for institutional stakeholders to view and analyze economic, demographic, and workforce data.
• Training for faculty and staff to ensure effective use of the platform in program design, evaluation, and planning.
• Ongoing support to expand institutional capacity in data utilization and evidence-based decision-making.
- Dashboard Development
• The selected vendor will design and deliver a draft regional dashboard that visualizes labormarket data and credential outcomes.
• Integration of labor-market data with institutional program and student outcome data.
• Alignment of dashboard metrics with board funding definitions and state priorities.
• Functionality which allows filtering by county and zip code groupings.
• A framework that is accessible, user-friendly, and suitable for both internal planning and external stakeholder engagement.
