Cloud Monitoring and Security Platform

The Vendor is required to provide monitoring and security platform to support observability, compliance, and threat detection across its containerized infrastructure.
- The platform must fully support the following capabilities:
•    Performance monitoring: real-time visibility into CPU, memory, network, and disk usage across clusters.
•    Prometheus integration: native support for ingesting and querying custom metrics.
•    Alerting and notifications: configurable alerts based on thresholds, anomalies, or policy violations.
•    Image scanning: perform build-time and continuous scanning of container images for known vulnerabilities.
•    Runtime security: detection of suspicious behavior and policy violations during container execution.
•    Compliance reporting: built-in support for cis benchmarks, institute, and other regulatory frameworks.
•    Openshift integration: Full support for OpenShift and Kubernetes APIs, metadata, and dynamic resource discovery.
