Resident Lock and Software System

The vendor is required to provide resident lock and software system in student residence buildings.
- The university is seeking a comprehensive, secure, and reliable access control solution that includes both software and compatible online lock hardware.
- Residence services provide on-campus housing to over 3,000 students across multiple residence buildings with two new buildings planned for future expansion. 
- The current lock system is at the end of its life, and replacement parts are no longer available. 
- The project requires a sustainable solution that meets the needs of students and staff while maintaining security and ease of management. 
- Removal of existing locks (SAFLOK), retrofit doors as required and installation of new locks in all residence buildings. 
- Integration with currently used software systems, StarRez and transact. 
- Provide training of residence staff on the systems operation and maintenance providing ongoing technical support and warranty services, please explain what is included in your proposed solution.
- Provide a timeframe that you will guarantee access to parts as well as software support.
