The Vendor is required to provide a campus card banking services solution that establishes a campus presence through ATM placement, optional campus card debit integration, marketing engagements and financial literacy educational programming for students, faculty, and staff.
- Banking relationship:
• Installation and maintenance of ATMs at strategic campus locations.
• Establishment of a formal marketing and branding relationship, allowing the selected bank to engage the University community through approved co-branded materials and presence at campus events.
• Financial education and student engagement strategy, including on-campus account opening, financial wellness workshops, and tailored services for students, faculty, and staff.
• Link bank accounts with agency campus cards, enabling the card to function as a debit card for purchases and ATM transactions.
- ATM Installation and Servicing
• The current banking provider currently maintains one (1) ATM location adjacent to the university bookstores on the park campus.
• The vendor may propose alternate locations throughout campus, including the student commons on the park campus, the bookstore on the medical campus and otherwise
• Offer surcharge-free access for account holders and consider broader network affiliations (e.g., allpoint, Moneypass).
- Campus Card Integration
• Link bank accounts with agency campus card program to enable debit card functionality.
• Support expedited debit card linking at new student orientation and other Campus Card Services events.
• Provide for discounted fee structures to students and staff for banking services
• Provide regular reporting on program participation.
- Campus Marketing and Co-Branding
• Collaborate with Campus Card Services to create approved marketing campaigns for students, faculty and staff
• Offer signage, promotional items, and digital marketing aligned with agency brand standards.
• Provide for logo/branding to be placed on back of newly issued campus cards
- Financial Education and Campus Presence
• In-person workshops on budgeting, credit, student loan management, and fraud prevention
• Online modules or webinars tailored to students, faculty and staff
• On-campus financial wellness events, such as pop-up info sessions or literacy fairs
• Presentations during orientation and other key student life events
• Staff-focused sessions on banking or financial planning
- Card Program Operations and Marketing Support
• A defined annual marketing budget to support co-branded outreach, campus events, digital campaigns, and financial education efforts;
• Ongoing annual payments to agency for the term of the agreement to support card program operations, which includes, but are not limited to materials such as cardstock; and
• Rental fees in consideration of providing space on campus to locate the proposed ATMs.
