The Vendor is required to provide a modern intranet should provide a work hub that fully supports the daily work of all types of human resources and work arrangements.
- Services include:
• Implementation of an intranet packaged solution product for the province’s departments and health agency;
• Support for two pilot implementations, one for a core government department and one for health agency;
• Provision of professional services, including but not limited to:
• Administrator, content owner and user training;
• Support for the development of roll-out and communication plans;
• Support for the development of user interface design best practices;
• System installation and configuration;
• Support for content migration from existing legacy intranets and network drives;
• Assistance with the development of governance and administrative policies; and
• Regular status updates throughout the project, including the identification of potential impediments to project success.
• Provision of documentation and support materials; and
• On-going support, maintenance, and training.
- Perform all professional services for software implementation, including but not limited to:
o Configuration;
o Customization;
o Implementation;
o Integration;
o Testing;
o Go-Live Support; and
o Post Go-Live Support.
- Provide details on all licensing requirements for the proposed solution;
- Provide details on all features that are included in the proposed Solution;
- Have processes in place for effective change management including use of non-production and production environments, change assessments, review and deployment processes, and contingency planning in order to mitigate risks;
- Provide technical support for the Solution post go-live. This includes, but is not limited to:
o Direct as-needed communication to troubleshoot issues related to the Solution functionalities/features; and
o Provide guidance to the Province on customization of the Solutions fields/reports, importing data, exporting data, technical support, etc.
- Provide administrator and user training for provincial employees that enables the Province’s employees to effectively configure, use, and train other users on the solution;
- Provide system documentation in electronic format, including technical and end user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs;
- Test the Solution to ensure it complies with Province’s requirements and performs as expected; and
- Complete a project closeout as directed by the Province.
