Economic Development Application and Software

The Vendor is required to provide for the design and implementation of an economic development application/software with the intent on leveraging the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including power platform, SharePoint, teams, and dynamics 365.
- Requires a software solution that operates in a hub-and-spoke architecture, where County administrators have full access to all business data across the system.
- Users at lower tiers within the system, must have role-based access, with restrictions that allow them to view and input only data relevant to their specific roles or departments.
- The solution should ensure proper data segmentation and security, ensuring that users at each tier only interact with information pertinent to their responsibilities.
- This solution will support key functions such as:
•    Business attraction and retention
•    Company database and storage of company profile data
•    Lead and contact management
•    Incentive tracking and reporting
•    Workflow automation for application intake and approvals
•    Data visualization and performance dashboards
•    Document management and collaboration tools.
- Proposed solution does not leverage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, key expectations include:
•    Seamless integration with existing organizational systems
•    Secure, role-based access and data governance
•    Scalable architecture with mobile and accessibility support
•    Vendor-led implementation, training, and ongoing support
- The ideal solution will:
