Enterprise Resource Planning System

The Vendor is required to provide or performance of expert professional strategic advisory and program management services related to the future procurement of an enterprise resource planning system and its implementation.
- The system is used for human capital, including hiring, terminations, and transfers, time and labor for hours worked and paid time off to drive payroll, benefits administration for open enrollment and provider interfaces, payroll including active employees, retroactive payroll, union settlements, and retiree payroll, and enterprise resource planning learning for tracking employee skills including required training, work skills, and weapons certifications and tracking for public safety employees.
- Business Suite Application is the Enterprise Resource Planning application that houses the Agency's general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed facilities, materials management, procurement, treasury, grant management, vendor invoice management, and real estate and travel management systems.

- The BudgetPRO System is a customized, web-based, intranet-enabled application supporting the port authority’s planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting functions.
- The System is designed to analyze and report on capital budget development, actuals and forecast analysis, what-if scenarios and variance analysis
- The System will replace the current siloed business systems supporting the authority’s human capital, financial, capital management, budgeting and forecasting programs with a single cloud-based, fully integrated System.
