The Vendor is required to provide technology consultants or firms to support a series of technology integration projects aimed at enhancing the digital experience for our scholars and staff, specifically those that are online.
- Consultant will begin work immediately upon award, with the first phase focused on developing a secure single sign-on solution and landing page, followed by system integration support and learning management system (LMS) configuration.
- Consultant who can bridge current systems to create a unified online experience for scholars and staff, and help design scalable tech solutions that support our academic model.
- Web and System Architecture
• Develop a Single Sign-On (SSO) portal that connects students and staff to key academic systems
• Ensure compatibility with SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect protocols
• Work with internal IT leads to identify necessary system bridges and endpoints
- Landing Page Design
• Design and develop a dedicated landing page for online scholars
• Create pathways that clearly differentiate and direct users to either:
• K–8 Online Academy
• 9–12 Online Academy
• Ensure user-friendly, responsive design that is mobile-optimized
- LMS Configuration
• Provide technical support to configure a LMS
• Create content structures for academic courses, including content libraries for teachers and scholars
• Support user-role setup, access permissions, and ongoing usability optimization.
