Online Tutoring Services

The Vendor is required to provide for online tutoring services.
- Online tutoring will provide students with the opportunity to receive just-in-time academic support if they are unable to come to the campus or round rock campuses to receive on-campus tutoring assistance.
- Services include:
•    Ensure tutors are well qualified.
•    Conduct background screenings of tutors to ensure student safety.
•    Evaluate and train tutors to ensure high quality service.
•    Offer tutoring in a wide range of academic and student success topics.
•    Employ a range of techniques, methodologies, and technologies to support student success.
•    Ensure tutoring services are available 24/7.
•    Provide 24/7 customer service support for users.
•    Provide additional support resources and services for first-generation, first-time-in-college, and/or non-traditional students, if available.
•    Assist with Canvas LMS integration, if available.
•    Provide support, training, tools and resources to university employees as needed.
