The Vendor is required to provide subscription to online platform that supports review of prior learning credits.
- System included:
• Allows prospective students to enter their descriptions of their non-college-based learning to facilitate a conversation with an advisor about the potential to earn credit for prior learning awarded through the Interdisciplinary Studies department or other participating academic departments at agency.
• Includes implementation and training for agency users
• Allows use by agency Records office to post credit to students’ transcripts.
• Provides a full workflow system for transparency purposes.
• Ability to create a working credit for prior learning transfer guide based on faculty-validated input
• Includes a non-SIS integrated option with possibility of future SIS integration
• Includes tracking and reporting to allow for audits and metrics.
