Property Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide for a property management software application and technical services to help manage the city properties.
- Provide a property management software application and technical services to help manage its properties and accounts more accurately and efficiently.
- Technical services include, licensing, assessment of current system in-place, data transfer, data storage, staff training, maintenance, and regular enhancement to the software for the Commission and the City buildings.
- The agency currently uses Emphasys software. 
- The software provider will include in their bid all necessary materials, equipment and labor to provide a fully integrated, management system with multi-user environment. 
- The software should use secure protocol standards for user connectivity.
- The software will also be used for two (2) City owned buildings with 350 units.
