The vendor is required to provide recruiting SaaS system for include:
- System must:
• Be a fully hosted SaaS solution.
• Be a SaaS solution that is fully fault tolerant.
• Offeror’s service level agreement with the college will be for no less than 99.00%.
• Not require agency to upload any user passwords to the proposed solution.
• Not require any direct access to agency azure active directory servers.
• Use https and TLS 2.0 connections.
• Have automatic update functionality.
• Support the most popular mobile devices and browsers.
• Be protected against viruses, intrusion and malicious access.
• Have data encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Be physically hosted in redundant geographical locations within the continental country.
• Be a current production release.
• Not require the installation of any devices on premise to function properly
• Comply with accessibility requirements and guidelines.
• Maintain any personal information securely and conform to applicable legislation.
• Allow general public end users to create their own accounts and use preferred login, password, security questions, and email addresses, as well as have password reset capability.
• Allow for site customization, without contractor assistance, when configuring system-wide options, including site configuration, functionality, and branding.
• allow for required, optional, and custom field management without vendor assistance.
• Produce auto -generated email to end users and support text communications.
• Have an array of reports, which can also be configured without vendor assistance.
