3D Mapping and Modeling Solution

The vendor is required to provide 3d mapping and modeling solution for 3d modeling that incorporates the use of lidar from an iPad pro and RTK corrected GPS with mobile device and drone imagery.
- Functional requirements
•    A mobile application that makes use of the lidar sensor on our existing 3 iPad pro devices to capture lidar point cloud data. 
•    Provides 3 RTK antenna compatible with mobile application and NTRIP correction service for high-accuracy geolocation. 
•    Support for a cloud-based and on-premises application for heavy data processing workflows. 
•    Photogrammetry processing for imagery from DJI drones and other mobile devices. 
•    Software functionality to merge 3d models and point clouds created from different source imagery and data (mobile device, DJI drone, iPad pro lidar). 
•    Export of 3d models and data in standard formats (e.g., las, obj, e57, etc.) for interoperability with external platforms. 
•    All processed data must be suitable for usage as evidence presented in court.
- Security requirements
•    Cloud-based solution must be fully compliant with the criminal justice information services (CJIS) security policy. 
•    SSO (single sign-on) integration compatible with azure active directory using SAML or OAUTH 2.0 standards.
- Training and support
•    Provide comprehensive training for dart police personnel on the use of hardware and software components. 
•    Provide user and administrative documentation, including setup guides, operational manuals, and troubleshooting references. 
•    Include ongoing technical support for the duration of the contract, including updates, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
