Registry Management Platform Replacement

The Vendor is required to provide to identify and evaluate vendor solutions that can replace our existing registry system and meet and support our registry management needs.
- Current platform is highly customized and supports longitudinal research across disease-specific oncology registries.
- Intended to assess the market landscape and fulfill procurement obligations, recognizing that the current platform offers extensive, bespoke functionality.
- The replacement platform must support the following core capabilities:
•    Support for complex, longitudinal oncology data models and hybrid automated/manual data entry.
•    Role-based access for multi-site, multi-user workflows with full audit trails.
•    Custom form and questionnaire building with coded fields, branching logic, and narrative sections.
•    Patient-facing electronic surveys with digital signatures and email distribution.
•    Integration with external platforms (EHR, LIMS, REDCap, OnCore, PICIS, NeuralFrame).
•    Ability to support adjudication workflows where users can review, accept/reject, or clean imported values.
•    User-driven reporting with bridging across models and high-volume export capabilities (CSV >200k rows).
•    Authentication via institutional SSO and external user access via 2FA.
•    Database accessibility and transparent data model to support downstream analytics and integration.
