Video Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide to procure and implement a standards-compliant, scalable, and cybersecure video management software (VMS) solution with associated infrastructure and services.
- Services include:
•    A fully integrated VMS with video analytics and AI capabilities 
•    All required software, licenses, servers, combability with existing cameras, network connectivity, storage and battery backup. 
•    Cybersecurity hardening, user training, and ongoing support
- The system must:
•    Be based on an open architecture and support ONVIF profile S/T
•    Allow compatibility with future hardware or software changes
•    Include edge-based analytics at no added cost
•    Provide a minimum of 30-day on-board video storage
•    Be NDAA compliant
- Software Requirements:
•    Latest VMS software version
•    Support for H.265 and H.264 video codecs
•    Centralized configuration, monitoring, and update capability
•    Desktop, mobile, and web client support
•    No additional license for device, user, or server count
- Cybersecurity:
•    No default passwords; password policies enforced
•    All firmware/software fully patched before deployment
•    VLAN separation for video system components
•    Disabled unused ports and services.
