Police Professional Standards Software

The Vendor is required to provide for law enforcement professional standards software that will assist the police department with administrative investigations and administrative reviews.
- The software will provide the following:
•    Early warning/early intervention system that are fully compliant with CALEA standards
•    Cloud based service that is accessible to authorized users
•    User-Friendly customizable interface tailored to department needs
•    Customizable data entry fields with the ability to modify and update as needed by department
•    Allows customization of workflows/approvals tailored to the needs of the department
•    Restricts system access for users based on their roles which include: to view, edit, and approve investigations
•    Data analysis tool to import/export data that can interact with the department’s current software
•    AXON video PDF, CAD, RMS, TASER CEW, etc.
•    Improve current efficiencies
•    Timely and responsive technical support for the duration of the contract
•    Guarantees data protection through industry-standard encryption and security protocols
•    Robust reporting capabilities with easily customizable reports exportable to Excel and other common formats
•    Licenses and access for 120 members
•    8hrs of training for 25 Police staff.
