The vendor is required to provide crisis information management software system will support coordination, information sharing, and resource management processes during both daily operations and emergency response.
- Operate a web-based platform designed for emergency operations and capable of continuously operating during austere conditions.
- The system must scale for the size and complexity of an incident and enable bi-directional data sharing and common workflows.
- Project manager and implementation solutions staff:
• Make fully functional and accessible the county’s instance of the software either on county servers or the contractor’s servers, depending on the configuration of the contractor’s software.
• Work with assigned county personnel to identify, configure, and import setup data required to implement the software, including, but not limited to, user accounts, GIS data, resource inventories, and historical records.
• Work with assigned county personnel to design and build templated forms, workflows, and dashboards to meet the county’s immediate needs.
• Work with assigned county personnel to develop customized training guides, virtual training, and in-person training sessions for all full administrators, partial administrators, and users.
• Promptly respond to configuration, bug, and enhancement inquiries made by local administrators.
