The vendor is required to provide help desk, application, and system support to augment and efficiently conduct daily business processes.
a. Service area one: application development and support
• Application development and programming services for new and existing custom applications
• Application development and programming support for the custom row application
• Application development and programming support for the new electronic filing system
• Application development and programming support to improve and extend application interfaces with other state agencies
• Help desk support for routine work requests and problem resolutions
• On-site and remote support at all 24 locations and the center for the analysis, specification, development, testing, installation, upgrade, configuration, and problem resolution of applications developed and supported.
b. Service area two: help desk and support for network, servers, microcomputers, and packaged software
• Installation, upgrade, configuration, and problem resolution support for existing and future upgrades of off-the-shelf (packaged) networking, operating system, desktop, and office applications.
• Help desk support for reporting problems, tracking routine work requests, and ensuring problem resolutions.
