The vendor is required to provide enterprise resource planning software for the supply and successful implementation of a fully functional enterprise system that fits within our IT environment and supports our operations.
- The solution will be a readily available, intuitive, proven, and automated solution that has been successfully developed, tested, implemented, and maintained for long-term reliability and technical efficiency in other state.
- The solution will be adaptable and the ability to readily incorporate further development and additional functionality to meet the demands of a growing municipality.
- The solution should be configurable with no requirement for costly customization.
- Includes the supply, installation, solution design, configuration and system setup (including templates, business processes and workflows), testing, professional services (including best practices guidance, business process reengineering, training, data migration and conversion, implementation, integration, report development) maintenance, technical and system support, and any additional requirements to ensure successful implementation and operation of the solution to meet the performance requirements as agreed upon.
- Services will be performed in a timely and professional manner and will be provided by experienced ERP and technical experts who have successfully implemented the proposed solution at comparable municipalities with similar requirements and scope.

• The timeline, the necessary resources, and objectives for every stage of the proponent’s solution.
