The vendor is required to provide currently uses a hosted and cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) solution provided by JobAps which has the capability to interface with the countywide human resources, financial, and payroll system (ERP system) provided by workday..
- Firms specializing in the design and implementation of an ATS to digitally facilitate and streamline processes related to requisition, recruitment and outreach, application tracking, candidate testing, hiring, and onboarding for county positions.
- The ATS shall provide web-based registration and application for users, differentiated levels of internal security, as well as robust reporting and analytics capabilities.
- The acquisition of a cloud-based system for applicant tracking, recruitment, selection, testing, and talent management which will provide access to an unlimited number of county staff and job applicants on a 24-hour basis.
- The county wishes to utilize a solution that meets or exceeds its process and system requirements and is as close to a standard off-the-shelf, enterprise-oriented, and service-proven system as possible.
