The vendor is required to provide human resources information system, including but not limited to:
•    ERP human resources - payroll
•    Recruiting
•    Onboarding
•    Timekeeping and attendance
•    Specialty pays (i.e., certification pays)
•    Performance evaluation and performance management
•    Case management (full life cycle for employee)
•    API integration capabilities with outside vendors for learning management systems, benefits, etc.
- Tyler ERP enterprise financial, Telestaff, and other software services utilized for employee lifecycle.
