The Vendor is required to provide to support the selection of a modern, integrated software platform that will replace the City's existing Records Management System, (FDM RMS).
- Provide firm-priced for the provision of a Fire Operations Management software.
- Responsible for delivering a complete software implementation solution for the City, including:
• Provision of all required software, licensing, and any required hosting services
• Professional services to configure, integrate, and implement the solution in accordance with the proposed software from fire operations management software
• Data migration services from legacy systems
• Development of system integrations with existing city platforms and dispatch services, as described in the requirements
• Testing support, including system testing, integration testing, and UAT (user acceptance testing)
• Training and knowledge transfer for city staff
• Go-live support and transition to steady-state operations
• Post-implementation support and maintenance, including updates, patches, and support for the duration of the contract
• Provide project management, documentation, and change management support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• It is expected that timelines and schedules will be adhered to and the project is managed on time and on budget.
