The vendor is required to provide applicant tracking system (ATS) with comprehensive recruitment and hiring support services for the municipality.

•    Job posting templates (customizable) 
•    Job application process (including customized application and additional questions) 
•    Applicant database (maintain all current and prior applicant info in printable and searchable format, incomplete applicants, ability to sort) 
•    Applicant communications (text and email ability, applicant inbox, e-forms and custom templates) 
•    Dashboard and statistical reports (standard and customized) 
•    Job ad writing resources (we do not use this, but some of this is free with our current plan including AI generation) 
•    Help center 
•    Dedicated representative.
