Youth Registration System

The Vendor is required to provide to establish, implement, and support a youth event registration system.
- The system should be robust enough to have multiple events running simultaneously, allow for separate internal branding and communications for different events, and have the capacity to collect payment, issue refunds, and set up payment plans.
- Provide our organization with a system for registering attendees for youth events sponsored by university including academic camps, stem events, etc., but not including events sponsored by athletics or extension.
- Provide the following services:
•    Develop and implement a youth event registration system.
•    Provide timely technical support from trained and competent experts during the implementation phase.
•    Provide on-going technical support on an as-needed basis.
•    Provide regular updates and upgrades to the system as needed for optimal performance.
