Student Prospect Digital Profile Solution

The vendor is required to provide student prospect digital profile platform to best integrate the multiple schools and programs with a common portal of entry into the university for student admissions while providing a digital profile and repository for prospective students.
- Capability requirements:
1. Applicant relationship.
•    Facilitate engagement between prospective students and agency schools and programs.
•    Management of prospective students and inquiries to provide a pathway for students to engage agency from high school and feeder colleges.
•    University-focused marketing vs. school-specific marketing.
2. Historical tracking.
•    Repository where inquiries and applicant data can be housed, permitting mentoring, focused and continuous recruitment by schools.
3. Integration and migration.
•    Integrate multiple schools and programs with a common portal of entry into the university for student admissions.
•    System of record platform for prospective student information sharing with agency admissions teams.
•    Integration with prospective student portfolio for seamless application processing from recruitment to enrollment.
•    Migration of applications currently supported through exiting repositories into a single agency instance and warehouse.
4. Reporting and analytics.
•    Provide enhanced analytics for admissions teams during recruitment and admissions cycles.
•    Consistency in data collection and analysis of applicants and enrollment metrics.
•    Integration of multiple systems for a seamless transfer of data for consistent reporting.
5. Process efficiency.
•    Reduction in information duplication required of students applying to multiple programs and through multiple national centralized application systems (CAS).
•    Automation for the processing of common application components (i.e., transcripts).
