Rubrik Enterprise Data Protection Services

The Vendor is required to provide against liability, loss or expense due to damaged property, injury to or death of any person or persons and for care and loss of services arising in any way, out of, or in connection with or resulting from the work or service performed on behalf of county.
- Pay for all permits, licenses and fees and give all notices and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of the county.
- Furnish adequate protection against damage to all work and to repair damages of any kind, to the building or equipment, to their own work or to the work of other contractors, for which their worker is responsible due to the negligence in the course and scope of the employment
- Protect the county against latent defective material or workmanship and to repair or replace any damages or marring occasioned in transit or delivery.
