Integrated Health and Safety Solution

The vendor is required to provide integrated health and safety solution marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements.
- A solution that can act as an endpoint integrated with a tier-one ERP (e.g., oracle, sap, workday), supporting consistent reporting, case and incident tracking, and alignment with HR, payroll, and operations data.
- The following factors will help guide the selection of a health and safety solution provider:
•    Alignment to district values and safety culture
•    Provision of excellent customer service and user support
•    Experience with large public-sector or institutional clients
- Help guide the adoption of a health and safety solution:
•    Compliance with work safe state and provincial regulatory requirements and aligns with current industry best practice
•    Risk identification and mitigation 
•    Support implementation and management of the district’s safety management system 
•    Support to promote psychological health and safety and a proactive safety culture 
•    Support disability management for both occupational and non-occupational illness and injuries, and wellness initiatives 
•    Data integrity and secure integration with ERP systems.
