• Provision of excellent customer service and user support
• Experience with large public-sector or institutional clients
- Help guide the adoption of a health and safety solution:
• Compliance with work safe state and provincial regulatory requirements and aligns with current industry best practice
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Support implementation and management of the district’s safety management system
• Support to promote psychological health and safety and a proactive safety culture
• Support disability management for both occupational and non-occupational illness and injuries, and wellness initiatives
• Data integrity and secure integration with ERP systems.
