On Demand Transit Solution

The Vendor is required to provide of an on-demand transit solution including consultation, implementation and support.
- Mandatory Requirements and Functionality
•    Simple user-friendly interface for both rider and driver
•    Integrated google maps or Esri GIS for real time position of the bus
•    Software solution and all associated data must be housed on a state server
•    All payment gateways must be PCI compliant
•    Schedule of user fees for the payment gateway
•    Solution for those without smart phone, tablet or computer
•    All solutions must be act compliant and meet WCAG 2.0 level AA requirement
•    GPS tracking of the vehicle for tracking bus mileage
•    Be ready for a presentation of the service if requested by town
•    Expandability of the on-demand solution to meet potential future requirements
•    Ability to integrate with the transit app
•    Recommendations for additional bus stops for areas not serviced by current route virtual or permanent
