Financial Management System

The vendor is required to provide financial management system (FMS) to support contract encumbrances and payments, also known as ac-340s, for the university.
- FMS for these transactions requiring encumbrances and payments to be directly entered in state FMS.
- FMS varies among campuses, it ranges between 10-35% of total payments in fiscal year 2023- 24.
