Enrollment Management Service

The Vendor is required to provide for enrollment management to leverage historical financial, admission and enrollment data for predictive analytics and scholarship leveraging or similar, for the financial aid/admissions department.
- Provide for a comprehensive system with components that produces predictive analysis for the enrollment funnel movement to make strategic enrollment decisions to increase enrollment.
- Deploy a cloud-based, shared services platform for various departments of the university including but not limited to:
•    Enrollment management
o    Undergraduate admissions
o    Financial aid and scholarship services
o    Registrar’s office
- Day one implementation of university specific integration with slate by technolutions and PeopleSoft
- Provide two-way data integration which may include SFTP and/or API
- Provide analytics that can maximize scholarship dollars, lower discount rate, predict likelihood to enroll and provide action items to make decisions
- Have web-based access to service to review and analyze data as needed
- Provide future support and training as needed for a successful implementation
- Provide predictive and prescriptive analysis of data for enrollment leadership to make strategic decisions to bolster enrollment.
