The vendor is required to provide compliance software solution to support compliance with our national pollutant discharge elimination system (NPDES) ms4 permit, which mandates the tracking and enforcement of annual inspections for stormwater control measures (SCMs).
- The required system must be capable of managing SCM records, supporting inspection workflows, and generating permit-compliant reports.
- The product should utilize:
• Geospatial tracking and visualization of SCMs
• Storage and management of property owner and responsible party contact information
• Integration and processing of third-party inspection reports
• Enforcement tracking including violations and corrective actions
• Reporting tools to meet permit and internal documentation requirements.
