Web Based High School Equivalency Test Preparation Platform

The Vendor is required to provide for a secured web-based high school equivalency test preparation program (courses and materials) that will be used to teach incarcerated people to take and pass the development.
- The desired web-based Test preparation platforms:
•    Access through a secure web-based platform (front/forward facing)
•    Supports interactive learning and self-paced for students
•    Compatible with and run on a Chromebook platform
•    Can integrate with other development test preparations software such as TABE software.
•    Able to generate and track student progress reports (printable reports).
•    All content will align to the development ® Testing Service and the HiSET® Exam
- Other requirements:
•    More than one language (Spanish)
•    Accessibility for hearing and vision impaired students
•    Pricing – site licenses for 28 locations and or re-useable seat licenses once a student completes
•    Worked with correctional facilities and their secure networks and or provide a “corrections (doc) only” platform.
•    Provide whitelists (blocking outside website access) with proposal
•    Addition courses and materials in workforce development, college readiness, and ABE
