The Vendor is required to provide consulting services related to the technologies and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems supported by the agency.
- The services of interest are in the following systems/areas:

•    Assessments and recommendations on improving efficiency and supportability of integration services and offerings
•    Expert mentoring, coaching and knowledge transfer on highly complex areas of the PeopleSoft HCM system and related technologies

•    Development and delivery of custom curriculum and courses to meet county needs and to incorporate county business processes and policies.

•    Axway is a hybrid integration and API management platform that enables secure data flow across digital ecosystems by providing tools for API lifecycle management, B2B/EDI integration, MFT (Managed File Transfer), and data governance across on-premises and cloud environments.
•    Oracle APEX (Application Express) is a low-code development platform that enables users to rapidly build and deploy scalable, secure web applications on Oracle Database using a browser-based interface.

•    Strategic Planning and Assessments:

•    Assessments of County BI set up to identify recommendations to optimize system use for efficiencies, data integration and extensibility and improvements to business operations
•    Provide expert recommendations to solve business/system issues of concern to the county. This could include accounting, business process, customer engagement, user experience, system configuration, data growth and data management issues
•    Expert mentoring, coaching and knowledge transfer on highly complex areas of the BI Application suite and its major components
•    Perform BI business analysis by engaging with customers and SMEs to gather and validate requirements for enhancements to existing dashboards or new analytics and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop analytics solutions using both current and emerging BI tools to include Oracle Analytics and Microsoft Power BI. 
•    Provide expertise to assess existing reporting environments and identify opportunities to migrate from legacy dashboards to more advanced, intuitive, and cloud-ready analytics platforms, such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Power BI Service, or other industry leading BI solutions where appropriate.
•    Support the evolution of BI solutions by recommending the use of modern visualization, self-service capabilities, and integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance decision-making, operational reporting, and business process optimization.

•    Designing, developing and implementing Oracle Cloud budget and planning applications
•    Functional expertise of PBCS functionality, ability to do assessments of design and make recommendations for improvements; Analysis and design of new functionality to meet County business needs
•    Development: customizations, business rules, reporting

•    Develop a modernization strategy for existing Hyperion Essbase cubes by evaluating alternative solutions that align with evolving business and performance management needs.
